The Heath

Situated amongst tree’s well away from the road, the Heath offers a real challenge for the pleasure angler and the specimen hunter. With a good head of Carp, some known to exceed 18 lb, this water will not disappoint. Although it is not unusual for anglers to blank when fishing this pond, when you do get hooked into these fish the good days more than make up for the bad. Also to be found here are Bream over 5 lb, Chub over 2 lb and Barbel over 1 1/2 lb. Roach and Perch reside as well but not in any great size or numbers.
